1. General English Courses (9 levels)


General English Courses are suitable for people in general. They are divided into nine levels. Each level emphasizes four skills: listening, speaking, writing, and reading.

Level One:
At the end of this level, the individual students are able to listen, speak, read, and write according to the following course outline.

Course Outline:  
Simple conversations
Writing simple sentences
Reading simple texts
Basic vocabulary
Nouns (Countable and Uncountable
     Nouns, Singular and Plural)
Articles (a, an, the)
Pronouns

Level Two:
At the end of this level, the individual students are able to listen, speak, read, and write according to the following course outline.

Affirmative, negative, and interrogative

Level Three:

Level Four:

At the end of this level, the individual students are able to listen, speak, read, and write according to the following course outline.

Conversations for specific situations
Writing a job letter
Reading complicated texts
Numbers (Cardinal and Ordinal numbers)
Auxiliary verbs
The weather
Countries, languages, and nationalities
Difference between enough and too
Difference among both, either, and neither
Be/get used to something
Wh-questions (what and which)

Level Five:
At the end of this level, the individual students are able to listen, speak, read, and write according to the following course outline.

Discussing foreign cultures
Reading a simple paragraph in a

At the end of this level, the individual students are able to listen, speak, read, and write according to the following course outline.

2. English for Business

       This course is designed for people who will use English in their work or will be entering the world of business. At the end of this course, they are able to listen, speak, read and write according to the following course outlines:

Basic skills and techniques for talking to
     people in business situations
Letters, faxes, and memos
On the phone
Summaries, notes, and reports
Working together
International trade
Money matters
Dealing with problems
Visitors and travelers
Marketing
Meetings
Processes and operations
Jobs and careers
Sales and negotiations

3. English for kids

       We have designed and developed an English course for kids. Our learning system for kids is based on natural-learning techniques: learn and play at the same time. This course emphasizes pronunciation of alphabets, vowels, and easy words and uses gamess, songs, projects, multimedia, storytelling and videos to provide an enjoyable learning environment. We also provide ongoing training and development for our teachers. Consequently, children will be able to study English efficiently.

4. Conversation Courses

       These courses will help individual students to speak English with confidence. They will practice speaking through different topics and situations. They will express and share their own opinions towards specific topics, issues or situations with their group.
       These courses are suitable for those who have at least reached General English Level 4. At the end of this course, the individual students are able to speak, communicate and express their own opinions according to the following outlines:

5. English for Hotel Staff

       These courses are designed for those who work for any kinds of hotels in the world. Individual students will study all aspects of hotels and how to deal with their customers.

Dealing with guest complaints

       We have provided English courses for many companies, schools, hotels, hospital, government organizations such as Phuket International Airport Staff. We will set courses in accordance with your requirements. They can be organised either at British Language School or on the premises of your company. We can also conduct a placement test of your staff at your premises to help you organise your staff into effective learning groups.
